This 45-minute full-body Yogalates practice combines yoga with Pilates inspired exercises to create a unique workout focusing on flexibility, strength, and core stability. The term "Yogalates" is a combination of "yoga" and "Pilates." Come along to a full-body workout that combines the best toning and strengthening exercises with deep-releasing yoga asanas. This workout will leave you feeling energized, centred, and strong. The classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels - but they will also challenge you in a fun and playful way. The studio is designed to allow you to let go and fully engage in your practice. The room is dark with changing colour LEDs connected to the music. This mix of a soothing atmosphere and optimal training is the main distinction from other studios.
