Service Description

Learn self-defense techniques, fluid movements and powerful strikes with Kung Fu at Kpulse. Our classes focus on both physical skills and mental strength, providing a complete approach to martial arts training. Our instructors will guide you through core techniques—punches, kicks, joint locks, and throws—while also teaching traditional forms, solo drills, partner drills, and "Chi Sau" (sticky hands) to develop coordination and awareness. Classes begin with a joint mobility and aerobic warm-up, followed by a mix of form practice, drills, and supervised sparring.
