Moez Bayar
With over 15 years’ experience in strength, body conditioning and Mixed Martial art. Moez taught in residential boot camps in Sussex and Brighton gyms uses your body’s natural ability to enforce the right techniques and ensure you’re training safely and with maximum performance.
Moez is a trainer who understands you and works with your body, your strengths & your goals to maximize performance and develop you as a person.
Aaron
With over 30 years of training across a variety of martial arts disciplines, Aaron is a dedicated and highly experienced instructor committed to helping clients reach their full potential, both physically and mentally.
As a former Semi-Pro Middleweight MMA Champion and UK Master Instructor, Aaron brings a wealth of expertise to his teachings.​ Aaron is passionate about helping clients unlock their potential through disciplined practice, mental focus, and the pursuit of mastery.
Hannah
Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Online coach, Hannah specialises in training women who are new to the gym and want to overcome their fears of weight training.
We can help with your diet, training, daily routine and habits. She has helped 100’s of clients transform their body and mindset.
Xenia
Xenia is an experienced yoga and pilates teacher with a playful approach. She aims to make her classes fun and accessible, and she believes yoga is the best way to become healthier and balanced in body and mind. She combines the lights with music to create a fully immersive yoga practice that relaxes and revitalises you.
Helena
I am a strength and conditioning coach which believes in building a good habit before reaching any goals, because that habit is what is going to make you keep going. You can lose motivation, you can lose will, you can lose even your discipline, but if you’ve already built a habit there’s nothing stopping you from achieving your goals.
I spend my free time watching videos, reading articles and applying them to myself in trying to become more knowledgeable and to apply that knowledge for me and my clients.
