You’ll move through a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises and light to medium weights, targeting every muscle group for balanced power. Using gear like medicine balls and resistance bands, this class adapts to all levels while pushing you to get stronger and more resilient.

Cancellation Policy
Please note: You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before your class. If you have paid per session and provide more than 24 hours' notice, you will have the opportunity to reschedule the class at your convenience without any additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will result in the full session fee being charged. For clients using a 3, 5, or 10-class pass, if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the class start time, the session will be refunded to your class pass, and the full monetary value of the class will be charged to the card on file.
